Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your Ratio machine in its original internal packaging and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for all original parts and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
