We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your Ratio brewer, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping.
Do Ratio coffee machines come with a warranty?
Yes, every new Ratio Eight and Ratio Six comes with a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components.
Which types of filters are compatible with Ratio brewers?
The Ratio Eight is designed for Chemex paper filters or our custom stainless steel reusable filters, while the Ratio Six is compatible with standard flat-bottom basket filters.
